Ricardo Leyva is to appear at the Waterloo Carnival 2009 in London (10th July)

Ricardo Leyva, the Director of Sur Caribe Orchestra will play at Waterloo Carnival with four of his musicians from Cuba.
As Carnival de Cuba has been cancelled for this year a mini Carnival de Cuba event as part of the Waterloo Carnival will be staged to try to bring a bit of the cuba sabor to central London once again.
The event is planned for Friday, July 10th outside Cubana restaurant – there will be bands from midday until around 8:30 pm and Cuban food and drink stalls.
Please note that this will not be equivalent to the main Carnival de Cuba event.
