His DJ career has sky rocketed to include having DJ’ing in some of the biggest-salsa parties and most popular in United Kingdom, He is a well known face of various congresses across UK, and his music compilation CDs are always in demand in the timba scene.

DJ Green Papi’s style varies from Cuban Timba to Reggaeton and Puerto Rican Salsa, but he is equally comfortable playing other genres. His signature is his amazing ability to read the crowd, knowing when to play the right salsa grooves and when to switch it up to other genres to keep the crowd pleased and entertained.

Not long ago Dj Amado was able to break into the UK salsa scene and show everybody his skills. He is resident Dj at one of Top UK’s hottest London’s long standing dedicated Cuban nights Havana Central in the West End. He hass also played at a number of venues across the capital, such as Bar Salsa, Floridita, and the iconic Cuban Connection.

DJ Flecha has an impressive track record. He worked as a resident DJ at one of our favorrites venues Floridita, in London.

He is a fanatic for his beautiful Latin music knowledge, Rich has been dropping the good stuff in and around London town since 2000. Kicking off with a 2-year residency at Bar Cuba in High Street Kensington, his mash-up Latino mix had them happy as Larry, sweating it out on the dance floor. Since then Rich has served up slices of salsa, sweet and hot, at some of London’s temples of salsa devotion – Salsa Fusion, Floridita, El Grande, Latin Palace and The Buffalo Bar, to name a few; as well as tearing up weekenders, such as Go Salsa in the Isle of Wight, Afro Cuban Pati in Crawley and Salsa Cubana in Blackpool. He’s also thrilled the people supporting Cuban artists Los Van van at the Roundhouse, Azucar Negra at the Conga Club and George Peguero at the Scala.

Rich takes his music seriously – trawling the globe, he’s forever landing the latest catch of choice tunes to unleash on the dance floor and shake down the very molecules of the dancers themselves. While all things Latin suit his palate, his one true, overriding love is for the wild montunos, funky bass lines and shouted coros of Timba and Cuban Salsa. And that’s exactly what’s on the menu at his popular weekly club, Downtown London’s very own exclusively dedicated Cuban night: Havana Central. You can also currently catch Rich spinning sets at El Grande in Vauxhall and Salsa Viva Cuban Nights in Norwich etc. Plus, this year he’ll be spinning slices of Cuban magic at the Cuban Salsa Congress in Bournemouth and Afro Cuban Pati’s Salsa Fiesta.

Lubi is the in demand as a salsa DJ internationally playing clubs, festivals and congresses in Los Angeles, Turkey, Gran Canaria, Spain, Portugual, Serbia, Prague, Holland, Ireland, Denmark, Berlin. He has picked up International DJ and Lifetime Achievement awards at both the Los Angeles and UK Salsa Congresses. Since his first release in 2003, he has become probably the most prolific CD compiler in the salsa world today – 25 titles in 5 years for various labels with total sales exceeding 150,000! He is currently the only European salsa DJ compiling titles for the legendary Fania Records.

Luby is one of the UK salsa pioneers of the early 1980s, he is still in the business today at the top level due to an understanding and ability to always keep moving forwards. Respect the past but never fear change! Whether its playing to 3,000 people at an international salsa Congress or doing a latin mix for BBC Radio 1, his passion and love for salsa and Cuban music is still as strong today as it was 25 years ago when he was dropping descargas and mambos for jazz dancers in a tiny bar in his hometown of Bradford! As the old saying goes, “Que Viva La Musica!”

As well as his weekly residency at the Afro-Cuban Lounge (Buffalo Bar) in London, he regularly plays at many of the UK’s top salsa venues and events.
