Adalberto Alvarez called ‘El Caballero Del Son’ returns to the US to perform a serie of concerts in Miami & New York. The Pianist, composer, arranger and director, is unquestionably the Cuban “Sonero” by excellence will be touring US this month September.

Owner of a very personal, unmistakable, harmonic and melodic style, he won the title of “EL Caballero del Son” (“The Son Gentleman”) due to the anthological innovations and contributions to this traditional and contemporary genre, which erans him the honor of being, nowadays, the most versioned Cuban sonero at the Latin musical scene over the last 30 years.

Well-known as “The Son Gentleman” and within his contributions as musician, we can highlight the fact of having permeated the Son with contemporary streams, to reinsert it from Cuba, in the Salsa`s atmosphere and sonority. This musical genre has ruled the international arena along the last years.

Among its major contributions as a musician you are just having contemporanizado the Son, making reintegrate this genre from Cuba danced in the air and the sound of Salsa music genre that in recent years has dominated the international arena.

Adalberto’s songs appear in the repertoire and discography of Papo Lucca, Oscar D’Leon, Roberto Roena, Willie Rosario, Andy Montanes, Ismael Quintana, Juan Luis Guerra and 440, Eddie Palmieri and Gilberto Santa Rosa among other relevant salseros, that have recognized his talent as a composer.
