Circa 20 years designing & delivering staff development training in both the UK and in an international setting. Speaks Spanish, some Thai, less Korean, Italian, plus appalling French.
Interests include Chess, Salsa, Literature and blading (OK, so the blades are definitely dusty).
Character wise – likes socialising, loathes filing paperwork.. Proud of completing a masters with merit whilst working full time then giving it all up to explore Central/South America.

With 21 years in adult training, Rachel is a highly experienced and charismatic learning and development professional. She oversees instructional design and quality – ensuring that Like Learning lives up to it’s name and excellent reputation.
Training since the early 90’s first in companies in South East Asia, then moving to the UK to train for the NHS and the Refugee Council, VAI and others, Rachel’s career is as varied and impactful as her training. Rachel is also an ILM qualified facilitator, helping teams to progress and flourish.
3-D stuff? Rachel loves fine food, (stuff she hasn’t cooked) cycling, salsa and chess. Oh and creating fine artworks with her 4 year old.

Isobel is an actor who trained in London at the Central School of Speech and Drama. She has gone onto work extensively in television, film and theatre; having played leads on the BBC, worked with Kenneth Branagh and performed theatre in the UK, Europe and most recently Off-Broadway, New York.
Her training in voice and movement gives her a fresh, insightful view of the world and how people interact. She runs workshops in schools and conducts one to one adult sessions, using a range of techniques to enhance presentations, communication and understanding. She loves working with people, finding a way together to reach set goals, using a wealth of skills and experience I tailor my knowledge to the specific aims of the project and individuals involved.
